Ross will work with you to create a bespoke afternoon tea for you to host at your own home or venue of your choice. He will prepare the desserts and savouries, set up the area you wish to host your afternoon tea and clear up at the end of your day, allowing you to relax and enjoy the company of your guests.

One to One Pastry Classes

Wish to widen your own knowledge and learn professional techniques with hands-on practical demonstrations then with Ross’ one to one pastry classes you can do just that. From learning the basics in pastry, being able to make the perfect Tart au Citron to more advanced techniques giving you the skills to produce desserts and cakes to wow your friends and family.

Price starting from £130 per person

Wedding Favours, Dessert Canapes and Entremet Cakes

Ross will  provide you with wedding favours of French Macarons or hand dipped chocolates. Create exquisite dessert canapés and modern French Entremet cakes for any event or special occasion.
